Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your enrollment and participation in the recurring membership subscription program (“Membership”) offered by Fiscally Sponsored, a program operated by The Funding Suite, LLC. By purchasing, enrolling in, or renewing a Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Services

Membership provides access to professional resources and community benefits for projects operating under fiscal sponsorship. Depending on your membership tier, benefits may include:

On-demand courses and training modules
Access to a curated resource library
Monthly workshops and learning cohorts
Directory profile listing
Access to a private community forum
Member newsletters and announcements
Speaking and mentorship opportunities
As-needed consultations and on-call support
Custom white-labeled resources and training
Custom workshops or organizational training

Membership benefits are periodically reviewed and may be updated or enhanced. Specific benefits and service levels may vary by plan or subscription tier.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals and organizations operating under fiscal sponsorship, regardless of sponsoring entity. Members must maintain good standing and comply with any community guidelines, codes of conduct, or participation policies established by Fiscally Sponsored.

3. Billing and Payment

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during checkout.
Payment is due in advance and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You authorize Fiscally Sponsored to charge the payment method provided for each renewal cycle.
Membership pricing may change with thirty (30) days’ advance notice via email or member portal announcement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your Membership at any time through your member portal or by contacting support at [insert email address].
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time or partially completed billing cycles.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of Membership access.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, training content, templates, tools, and resources provided through Membership are for your personal or project-specific use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your organization is strictly prohibited.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Fiscally Sponsored and/or its affiliates, licensors, or contributors.

6. Confidentiality

Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions, shared project details, and any non-public information disclosed within member spaces (including workshops, cohorts, and forums).

Fiscally Sponsored likewise agrees to protect the confidentiality of information you share during consultations, workshops, or other service delivery.

7. Disclaimer of Results

Fiscally Sponsored provides education, resources, and professional support but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including fundraising success, sponsorship acceptance, grant awards, or revenue increases.

Your results depend on your independent implementation and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiscally Sponsored’s total liability for any claim related to Membership shall not exceed the total Membership fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Fiscally Sponsored is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, use of materials, or third-party integrations.

9. Termination

Fiscally Sponsored reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership for violations of this Agreement, nonpayment, or conduct deemed disruptive to the community or inconsistent with our mission.
In such cases, no refund will be provided, but you may retain access to previously delivered materials.

10. Use of Third-Party Platforms

Membership benefits may be delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., Capably, Slack, Zoom, Monday, or similar systems). Fiscally Sponsored is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data policies of these external platforms.
You are responsible for complying with their individual terms of service.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email or posted in your member portal. Continued use of Membership benefits after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
